Hi folks! Hopefully a simple question - I receives a Troy Bilt from my father in law a few years ago. We had it serviced professionally last year and it worked well, but was surging near end of season. I left unstabilized gas in it over the summer (I know) and it wouldn’t start this season. I’ve never had a gas small engine of any sort so this is all new to me! I took it apart, replaced the spark plug, checked the carburetor bowl and cleaned it out, and syphoned and replaced the gas.
