These diagrams were made for the use of Lambertones Pickups. These diagrams CAN be used with other pickup manufacturers but you may need to keep in mind that other manufacturers use different color codes for their wires, different magnetic polarities, and even different winding directions. These all factor into the diagrams working appropriately.

If you must do the "star" grounding scheme, put in a ground lug somewhere to take the abuse of all that soldering. Pots aren't designed to take it.
